Safety
All Thousand Oaks Optical products meet and exceed ISO 12312-2:2015 (E) requirements. This
means
they've passed extensive testing for safe solar viewing. Please read instructions fully
before
using.
General Product Info
All products are made with black-polymer film and should be handled with care.
Instructions ship with all products except Glasses and Viewer cards which have instructions
printed on them. Instructions may also be emailed upon request.
Viewer Cards and Glasses
Thousand Oaks Optical cards and glasses can be used to safely view the sun at any time
whether there's
an eclipse or not. You can view through either side, however, the black side is recommended
to avoid glare.
Shipping
We ship by USPS (United States Postal Service) and currently only within the U.S.
All products have a 3-day lead time before shipping and include Tracking. It's best to
have your
order shipped to your same billing address
if possible.
Returns
Privacy Policy
We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer
a
30-day
return policy (effective from date of delivery).
Return Requirements:
-Products must be in new condition, not damaged by improper use, or have fingerprints on
the film.
-Products must be returned with adequate packaging.
-You must initiate return within 30 days of delivery (as shown on tracking).
To initiate return:
1. Email us at info@eclipseview.shop with the following details:
-First and Last Name and Company Name if applicable
-Order Number
-Your Address where products were shipped to and address where returning from, if
different.
-List of item(s) you are returning and any associated issues.
2. Await our email confirmation which you should receive within two business days.
3. After receiving email confirmation to return, ship to:

Refund:
After we receive and inspect returned item(s), allow up to 5 business days for
inspection and refund processing. Banks may take additional time to process refunds.
